How do you know all these claims are true or not? Notice how his father on the show said that he was going to ruin his ex's life for her breaking up with him.

What could prove that he usually makes false remarks:

He claims that his ex cheated on him the day before thanksgiving right? Well his ex broke up with him him days before the show aired. The show aired on November 20th. Way before Thanksgiving.
